The chairs have shaped backs with a central carved oval motif and fluted detailing, gently curving uprights and slender, tapered legs — all hallmarks of the Regency revival style. The proportions are refined and balanced, making them well suited to both traditional and contemporary dining interiors once recovered.

The wooden frames are solid and well constructed, showing surface wear and patina consistent with age. The existing upholstery is worn and requires replacement, offering an excellent opportunity to re-cover the seats in a fabric of your choice to suit your interior. Springs and webbing are visible beneath and appear original.
