Payment
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We accept all major UK credit and debit cards via our secure payment platform.
Delivery Areas
We offer free delivery to mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands. If you are located outside this area, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to provide a delivery quote.
Delivery Scheduling
After your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Larger Items
For larger furniture items, we will make every effort to accommodate daytime delivery requests. Our courier will normally contact you the day before delivery to provide a 3-hour delivery window. You will be asked to confirm your availability to receive the item.
If delivery cannot be confirmed, this may result in delays or the need to rearrange the delivery date.
Smaller Items
Smaller items are typically dispatched within 2 working days using **Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide on a 48-hour service. Tracking details will usually be provided, and delivery can normally be rearranged directly with the courier if required.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that:
• Someone is available to accept delivery.
• The item will fit through doorways, staircases, and into the intended room (dimensions are listed on product pages).
Please note that delivery will still be completed even if the item cannot be moved into your property.
Assistance with Larger Items
For larger items, couriers will aim to assist with moving your purchase into your property where possible. However, this assistance is provided at the driver’s discretion and cannot always be guaranteed.
Two optional additions that can reduce disputes:
1. Condition on arrival
Please inspect items upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.
2. Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or missed appointments, redelivery charges may apply.
