A fine quality William IV period mahogany tilt-top breakfast table, dating from the 1830s. The table features a beautifully figured round mahogany top with a rich patina and fine grain, supported by a turned and faceted pedestal base on a circular plinth with elegant scroll feet and original porcelain castors.
The original tilt mechanism is in good working order, allowing the top to stand upright for convenient storage or display. A classic example of early 19th-century craftsmanship with excellent proportions and timeless appeal.
