A characterful antique Victorian mahogany console table with a single central drawer and a shaped lower shelf.
The table features a rectangular top with canted corners, decorative reeded detailing and a pair of substantial turned front supports. Straight rear supports rise from the lower platform, giving the table a distinctive architectural appearance while creating useful additional display space beneath.
The central drawer is finished with a decorative brass handle and provides practical storage. Small castors are fitted beneath the base, allowing the table to be moved more easily.
This versatile antique piece could be used as a hallway table, console table, side table or occasional serving table.
