A handsome antique oak captains-style armchair with a warm aged finish, slatted back and brown leather seat.
Dating from the early 20th century, the chair has a substantial traditional form with a broad shaped top rail, vertical back slats, curved open arms and elegantly shaped front legs. The oak displays attractive grain and colour throughout, with the natural variation and patina that gives genuine antique furniture its character.
The seat is upholstered in brown leather and finished with traditional stud detailing, complementing the warm tone of the oak beautifully.
