Crafted in mahogany, the square top features contrasting line inlay and a central floral marquetry motif, giving the piece an elegant Edwardian appearance. Below, the open revolving bookcase is divided into multiple compartments, allowing books to be stored and accessed conveniently from all sides.
Its compact proportions make it ideal for a study, home library, reading corner or living room, offering useful storage without taking up excessive floor space.
The bookcase stands on a revolving base with shaped feet. The base and feet appear to be later replacements, sympathetically fitted and in keeping with the overall appearance of the piece.
