Delivery by Avego Antiques and Collectibles

All orders must be paid for in full before they are shipped. We offer payment via all major UK credit and debit cards via our online processing provider Stripe. We offer free delivery to UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands, if you wish to purchase from outside of this area please contact us first for a delivery quote. Following your online order, we will liaise with you to find a delivery date that suits. For larger items of furniture we will try to accommodate day time requests wherever possible. Our courier will contact you the day before your scheduled delivery to give you a 3 hour time slot. You will need to confirm if you are available to accept the delivery; failure to confirm may result in delays and/or cancellation of your order. Smaller items will delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force who will give you the option to reschedule your delivery if needed. They will normally be dispatched within 2 working days on a 48hour delivery service It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to accept delivery – and that the item you have purchased will fit in your premises (all dimensions are provided on product pages). Our courier will still deliver the item even if it doesn’t fit. For larger items our courier will always try to assist in moving your item safely into your home, it is however at their sole discretion as to whether or not they are able to locate the item in your desired room
